C.R.E.A.M. – Can Really Electrify A Mango

Homebrewing is one of my favorite things to do. And doing it with a friend makes it that much better!

I had been wanting to brew a cream ale for a while, and Josh Daugherty (my partner in crime) is more inclined to liking cream ales than IPAs and stuff.

We decided to add a little mango to “spice” it up a tad. I hadn’t brewed with mango before so we opted for a concentrate. It turned out VERY mango-y but also VERY good.

I think my favorite part is still the name: C.R.E.A.M. – Can Really Electrify A Mango. Fun stuff!
